2. Service Description

CalCure provides a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. Our services include:

• Online appointment booking and scheduling
• Video and audio consultations
• Digital prescriptions and medical records
• Health tracking and monitoring tools
• Medicine delivery coordination

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the Service with parental consent and supervision.

4. Medical Disclaimer

CalCure facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers but does not practice medicine. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals.

5. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers using our platform must:

• Maintain valid licenses and credentials
• Comply with all applicable medical regulations
• Provide professional and ethical care
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Keep their availability and information updated

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical information
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel in advance
• Follow prescribed treatment plans
• Pay for services as agreed
• Respect healthcare providers and their time

7. Payments and Billing

7.1 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are set by individual healthcare providers. All fees are clearly displayed before booking.

7.2 Subscription Plans

Healthcare providers may subscribe to monthly plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds for consultations are subject to our cancellation policy. Subscription fees may be refundable within the first 30 days.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee
• No-shows may be charged the full consultation fee
• Providers reserve the right to cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on CalCure are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

11. Limitation of Liability

CalCure acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Medical outcomes or treatment results
• Actions or omissions of healthcare providers
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CalCure harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UAE. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict of law provisions.
